Your name and WhatsApp number, plus anything else you choose to tell us, such as your email, budget, areas, timeline or a message.
When you message us on WhatsApp
Your number and the messages you send.
When you browse the site
Anonymous visit statistics, such as which pages are viewed and the type of device, collected without cookies.
Why do we use it?
Only to reply to you and answer your question. We don't sell your details, and we won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.
Who else sees it?
Web3Forms
Delivers messages from our contact form to our inbox.
Carries any messages you send us there, under its own privacy policy.
Cloudflare
Hosts the site and provides our cookie-free visit statistics.
How long do we keep it?
Only as long as we need it to help with your search. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
What are your rights?
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email us at hello@whyad.ae and we'll reply within 30 days. We aim to follow the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law.
Do we use cookies?
No. Our visit statistics don't use cookies, which is why there's no cookie banner. Links to other sites, including WhatsApp, are covered by those sites' own policies.
